Nice work! Only thing I would have different is a metal amp rack and no foil for the base former. Instead I would have used masking tape. Conforms nicely to the carpet, doesn’t leave crinkles like foil does, won’t tear if you apply some pressure spreading resin, and the adhesive won’t melt as long as you keep the glass in there for a while. Other than that, turned out nice!
nice
man nice trunk setup even though the speakers didnt come out as expected. I’m thinking of making a carbon fiber box think they can make good bass? i just stuff my boxes with pillow cases and the sound comes out fluffier..
it turned out pretty good man good work
contodo respeto un router te alludaria en tus prollectos
i like it minus the subs not being lined up and the gay led bar from walmart. other than that the car the amps everything was perfect. i wish i could master fiberglass like that…
I loved it. N fuck the haters man, they dont know shit. The subs are powerhouse material. I gotta learn how to do this, this could be a wicked hobby. And what kind of HU did he put in it?
Serious DIY skills!
Nice work!
looks pretty good, but you may have to re-align one of them and re-skin it. looks great but that caught my eye.great choice of sub and amp combo..
damn that looks nice !
wish i had the time and a place too do that…
looks stunning man! keepup the good work!
a regular box is def gonna hit hard fiberglass is mostly for cosmetics but you can make them strong boxes
do the subs still hit hard in that fiberglass vs a regular box
Awesome work
Thanks Bro I Appreciate The Love
shit man
that looks very nice
dont listen to the others who have no idea how to to this shit
its a great job
thats because its your corny just like your trunk install
so just cuz i havent made a video of my trunk means that i didnt do it… thats logical thinkin
Ight when you do your and it looks better then talk shit all i see is cheese on your page so get real
i think every amateur can do a better job then these idiots like seriously if your going to spend over a hour on a enclosure pull out a frickin tape measure and square that shit up… and if anyone tries to defend them and say that the trunk isn’t symmetrical Ive got a MKIII jetta and ive made it look symmetrical
What a f*cking joke! All that work and the fabricator mis-aligned the damn subs and could not even hide the LED bar?
ABSOLUTLEY PATHETIC WORK ON BEHALF OF THE SHOP.
dude, they didnt even make sure they mounted them at the same angle and stuff, so the subs are crooked
well the whole point i was making was he probably spent more on install and custom stuff than he did on amp/speakers.. cause this video is about a custom shop making it.. not home done
I guess if your paying someone to make it. you can get a jug of fiberglass resin for $15 and all u need is some mat and a paintbrush… an old sheet and maybe a lil mdf for the frame…
